Calculating Total Time over Several Tabs per Person and Task

In the summary tab I would like to be able to calculate how many hours a person worked per task across tabs Mon-Fri.
Example: in cell E17 I need to know the total hours Fred worked on VAPOL Orders Mon-Fri. I would like to be able to do this without a total column on each day of the week tab. What is the best formula for doing this?
