Converting seconds from midnight to time of day in the HH:MM:SS format

I have data that is sorted by a column indicating time in seconds from midnight. Is there an easy way to convert this to time of day using the HH:MM:SS format? I am looking to end up with military time (16:30 = 4:30 pm). I figured out a way, but it takes up 3 columns, so was hoping to do this in one formula.

    Thank you.

You either quit or become really good at it. There are no other choices.
