converting decimal hours to regular time but longer than 24 hours

Hi, I am trying to convert accumulated personal time off (PTO) and all the formulas seem to deal with only 24 hours. I have 32.62 accrued time and need to convert it to 32 hours and 37? minutes I need a formula to do this the 32.62 is in cell G3 and I need the conversion to be in cell H3.

    How about this :
    =INT(G3)&" hours "&ROUND((G3-INT(G3))*60,0)&" minutes"
    Hope this helps
