calculation for Annual salary based on date selected.

Hello
I want a formula by which i can calculate the total amount paid to the worker as Basic/HRA/PF etc. i have made a format where in all the data is fed month wise and i want a formula by which the yearly calculation should be done. my problem is if there is a annual increment in the month of April the salary in the month of March & rest of the months after April will very, so what can be the formula for that?? please help.

It always helps to attach a sample of your spreadsheet.

You need to provide more detail, i.e. will there always be an annual increment ? If not, how will you know, i.e. what part of your data provides that information ?
Does your year run Jan to Dec ?

So in theory it can be : monthly salary * 12 + annual increment * no. of applicable months
