    Need formula to produce a cascading irregular incrementer based on another column

    I'm sorry, I meant to say...

    EX)
    My data column contains numbers as follows in
    row 1 = 3,
    row 2 = 8,
    row 3 = 10 etc.

    My calculation table needs to increment numbers from 1 to whateever the end is. I I want to get these results...
    Calc Column:
    rows 1-3 = 1
    rows 4-11 = 2
    rows 12-21 = 3
    etc. based on the data column above.

    In my sample worksheet attached is a better example.
