Formula required to return the max figure in a range (possibly more than 1)

Good Morning All,

I am working on a range of figures, 12 at the most and I am looking to return the name associated with the highest figure.

It is working with the following formula,

=VLOOKUP(J65,POM,2,FALSE)

However it is possible that more than 1 person could get the same figure (POM = Player of Match)

Is there a way so that the formula returns all occurrences of the highest figure in the range?
