problem with date formula

Hi i need previous day's date under the following conditions.

1. attached list contains holidays.
2. saturday and sunday are holidays.

now i need previous day, Example 1 : if today's date is 28 march 2013, thursday - result should be 26 march 2013 because 27 march is a holiday given in excel.

example 2 : if today is 10 september 2013, tuesday - the result should be 6 september 2013, friday because 9th sept 2013 is holiday and 7th and 8th sept are weekends.
