Conditional data transfer between worksheets based on multiple conditions or criteria

I have a workbook containing multiple worksheets and want to transfer (copy/paste) data from row "3" of worksheet "2" to row "3" of worksheet "1" depending upon values (text, numeric, blank) found in columns "L", "M" or "N" (or some combination of same) of worksheet "1". Can anyone solve this please? Please see attached example.
