Hi,
I need to fugure out the actual time spent in resolving tickets. And the start time is in PM and end time next day AM (night shift)
For example,
If the working hour is from 8 PM - 9 AM, the resolution time for a ticket arrived at 1/Feb/2013 6 PM and resolved at 4/Feb/2013 10 PM should be
==> 15 hrs (if NOT working on week ends)
==> 41 hrs (if working on weekends).
Please suggest.
