Hlookup with multiple returns

Hi All,

Im wracking my brain trying to come up with a formula & am in need of help before I explode.

On the attached sheet i need to do a lookup of the positions on Row A & for every marked x i need it to return the text in Column A.

Simple right?

I appreciate anyones help at this point!
