Am using excel 2010, and i want a formula for date should be update automatic & text should remains same.

I have attached a sample excel.

Pls help.....

Not quite sure what you're expecting but have you tried the function
=TODAY()
in a cell?

i know the today formula, But it need to be update in between text cell.

example: Complaints on 10.11.12.
only date has to bee change......

...could be good to know in a Chart title you can use char(10) to row break
="Header"&CHAR(10)&"complaints on "&TEXT(TODAY(),"DD.MM.YY.")
