Vlookup with Multiple conditions

Hello,

On the attached Spread sheet, I need:

• On Column L, need value mentioned in column - R to T. This Value depends on two conditions - Column G and Column K. Need to match both and provide a value.

I am unable to do it with Vlookup & Match Function. Kindly help.
