Stock List with CountIf functions

Dear All,

please have a look at the attached file.

I am trying to solve this task with easy countif functions.

On the first sheet "Shiplist" when I enter an item name in Column A, it should check if this item name appears in the second sheet "stock". If it is in stock, it should put a "yes" next to it in Column B on the Shiplist. It should also count down the number in the Stock sheet by 1 everytime I enter that particular name in the Shiplist.

Any help is much appreciated !
