Red face Using similar formulas across a large table without manually inputting each cell

    Hello forum!

I have many field techs that fill in a excel workbook with chemicals they use at a client site on each of 10 yearly visits. The tracking table has approximately 25 values that are recorded and tracked per each of 10 visits. I have only listed 11 or so in the attached sample tables.

the formula of =G5*'[excelforum field data sheet 1.xlsm]Sheet1'!$F$5, works in the "excelforum sample summary" in H5.

How could I populate H5 through Q16 on the summary, with related formulas without typing them all out?

Each Field Data sheet will reside in a client folder along with client's summary. and there are 100+ client folders.

also, is there a macro that could save each field data sheet by the visit number (A1) and the client name (b1)??

    thanks!
