Need Help Creating VLOOKUP Formula for Multiple Tabs

I am creating a promotion calendar and would like to reference information for multiple tabs. I currently have a VLOOKUP set up to reference one tab, but ideally I would like to reference all tabs with the same color. Please see attached. I appreciate all of the help!
