Formula for displaying numeric value post selection of category

Dear All,

I am attaching excel sheet in which Columnt C (Maturity) has list selection and then i have Column D (Score). I have defined scoring for every maturity level. Now i want that whenever i select any maturity level from list, corresponding score should come SCORE column.

Please help.
