Help Returning a Name from a Calendar Based on 2 Criteria

Hello all. I'm hoping one of you can help me with the spreadsheet I've attached. I'm needing to pull a name off a monthly schedule based on 2 pieces of information..."Date" and "Board". In the attached example on the "Info" worksheet, "Date" and "Board" will be keyed in manually. I need Excel to return the name of the person that was assigned to that "Board" on that "Date." The schedule I need it to search is on the worksheet labeled "Schedule." I've hit a road block with this so I'm hoping someone has some insight.

    Hi
there probably is a way, but your calendar layout and the use of merged cells will make it tougher.
Why not just make a list with 3 columns, Name Date and Shift. It's much easier to work with using an INDEX MATCH combination or so.
And please, no merged cells :-)
