How to copy middle text of CELL A1:A to CELL B1:B ?

I am having data like cell wise CELL A1:A

i want like below other than cell will be blank CELL B1:B

How it can be done ?

First remove "RXO" for left side of the CELL A1, then it will be some thing like this

now copy all text which is separated by first dash ("-") , then it will be like below & which is the actual output results

Hi, jraj1106. it works for me , but it returns to #VALUE! which having no data or others data , would you please remove "#VALUE!"
