how do I automate transposing of multiple rows with multiple columns

see attached spreadsheet

I need to transpose columns to rows, for each row.
Instead of transposing each one individually, how can I automate this, so that all rows are transposed into column a or a new sheet?
eg
tranpose row 1 into column
transpose row 2 into column
etc until done
