want to use keyboard to jump do precedent cells and also to fill down formulas

hello. apologies as this has probably been covered but a quick search didn't turn it up. i like to keep my hands on the keyboard whenever possible rather than point and click. the first thing i'd like to do using the keyboard is to jump to a precedent cell that's referenced by a formula in my selected cell. i understand i can trade precedents than click on arrows, etc. but how do i do that stuff using the keyboard? the second thing i'd like to do is to fill a formula all the way down a column w/ a keyboard combination, rather than double clicking on the lower right hand corner of the cell in qustion. thanks in advance!

Re: want to use keyboard to jump do precedent cells and also to fill down formulas

yeah that's ok but still not what i'm looking for

let's say cells a1:a15 are filled w/ data. and in cell b1 i put: =a1+5 then i want to fill that formula down in rows b2:b15. i could double click the lower right hand corner of b1 and that works. or, i could do: ctrl-left arrow, ctrl-down arrow, right arrow, ctrl-shift-up arrow, ctrl-d . that works. but thats 5 steps. is there a shorter way using the keyboard?

how about the second question: re precedents?

    thanks for your help!
