Compare 2 worksheets for differences

I have 2 worksheets that I need to find the differences in. Basically I have some inventory data (site, bin location, item#, Qty) that I have imported into an iventory program. I then exported the list to a worksheet and found that there are 123 lines that did not import. I can do the comparison manually but I would rahter not go through 1700 lines individually. I tried VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP but those were not working correctly because the each SITE could have the same ITEMS but differen t QTY's. Any Help would be appreciated. I am using Excel 2007.
