Return Column Headers based on row rank with duplicate values in row

Hi,

I need a means of ranking the highest 10 numbers in a row with duplicates where the value returned is not a rank order but rather a rank of the column titles corresponding to the rank of the row value.

Index match formulas like: =INDEX($B$1:$T2,1,MATCH(LARGE($B2:$T2,1),$B2:T2,0)) don't do the job because they return the first column title for each duplicate value, rather than the actual column title of each duplicate value.
