I have a formula

="Left to Complete "&SUM(P6:P15)-'VBA Sheets'!A3
The result looks like 

 Left to Complete 3940478
My problem is if I format the cell as accounting to add in the commas it will not add them. I am not sure what I am missing here.

Any Help would be appreciated
