Adding multiple numbers within a single cell

Try this in C69:
=LEFT(SUBSTITUTE(C68,"/",REPT(" ",100)),100)+MID(SUBSTITUTE(C68,"/",REPT(" ",100)),100,100)+RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE(C68,"/",REPT(" ",100)),100)
