Stock inventory, subtract purchased stock from current stock and continue with second row

sir , i am trying to make a inventory, in this i have 2 sheets one is transaction and other is inventory, in inventory i have a column name purchased stock and stock after transaction. where it should be updated after any transcation. in transaction sheet if you see there is same two columns which should be updated after transcation how to do it.
