If cell changes then show current date

I want to use a function that displays the current date if the status column cell changes. For example, if status changes to "approved" then date = current. But I want the date to change no matter what the user selects in the Status column.

if you want the date to change "no matter what" then use the function =today()
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
