VLOOKUP with 2 Criteria

I am trying to find the value of CSV! Column AE,

if CSV! Column AC matches Sheet1! Cell A2 and CSV! Column AD matches Sheet1! Cell A3.

The value should go into Sheet1! F3. You can see the formula I tried from someone with a similar question, but am getting an error in return.

Any help would be appreciated.
