Hi All,

I'm having problems with my dynamic ranges for a chart. Using the OFFSET formula, the chart works great with blank or inputted data, but goes crazy if the cells have formulas.

In the 'Results' worksheet, when the user select the property, the data is copied into the cells and the graph ranges should update according to the size of the list.

Hope I make sense.

If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
