Formula For - Find value and place value in adjacent cell here

This is what I want to have happen:
Match value of A1 from OUTPUT with the same value found in Column A of sheet INPUT.
Now, in B1 of OUTPUT, display the value from sheet INPUT column B which is adjacent to the match of column A INPUT and A1 OUTPUT
