Troubles with MATCH

The enclosed workbook shows that the MATCH formula in Column J gives a VALUE# Error.
When I click the fx spot to explore why, this shows the correct answer with no hint of an error.
Can anyone explain if the formula is wrong, and if not why I should be getting the VALUE message.

Looks like an Array formula issue, need to hit Ctrl + Shift + Enter when entering the formula, instead of just Enter.
