Sheet 2 as Subset of records in Sheet 1

I have 2 identically laid out sheets, Sheet1 and Sheet2. Sheet1 contains all records.

Other than VBA, is there some function I can use that will make Sheet2 contain only selected records from Sheet1 based on criteria?

For example, if there are 5 records in Sheet1:
    Col1 Col2 Col3
    A 59 Bill
    B 44 Suzy
    C 33 John
    C 67 James
    D 12 Robert

Without using VBA, is there a function or method I can use such that Sheet2 contains only:
    Col1 Col2 Col3
    C 33 John
    C 67 James
...(based on the value "C" in Col1 of Sheet1)?

Use a filter on sheet 1 and select on the KEY "C".

Or with an pivot table on sheet 1.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

    Do this on Sheet2? How?

Thank you for the assistance. And, sorry I did not provide a sample worksheet, as I will in future.

I thought I did. Does it not show up that way for you?
