Suit function to insert desired value

I attached sheet that show the request value should be one from difference cells depend on another criteria using (Or) Criteria,

Ex: A1 should been filled by value that depend on criteria linked by either value of B2 or C2 or D2 or etc..

So to clarify, you would like the 'C' column to find out what the number of years is, in B2 (e.g. 2.74722222) and then return the value that is closest to the 2.7472222? So in this case it would be 3, and it would return the value 3185.69 from the column where 3 occurs?

Or maybe I've completely misunderstood.

What I need to reach to the correct value 10,203.08
That sum when 2=< B2 <3
So calculation will be as: D2 + E2 + ( what remain of last year (.7472222) X F2)

I actually tried by using this formula but I am not expert on using (Or) function So it came false as you see,

=IF(1<B2<=0,0,A2*12.65300670%*B2)*OR(IF(2<B2<=1,0,D2+((A2-D2)*12.65300670%*(B2-1)))*OR(IF(3<B2<=2,0,D2+E2+((A2-D2-E2)*12.65300670%*(B2-2)))))*OR(IF(4<B2<=3,0,D2+E2+F2+((A2-D2-E2-F2)*12.65300670%*(B2-3))))*OR(IF(5<B2<=4,0,D2+E2+F2+G2+((A2-D2-E2-F2-G2)*12.65300670%*(B2-4))))*OR(IF(1000<=B2<=5,0,D2+E2+F2+G2+H2))
= 11,471.00
So result didn't came as I planned>>
