auto update YTD sum

Hi,

does anyone know a formula i can use to expand a sum range depending the finacial week.
eg if its week 10 i need to sum week 1-10 but then once its week 11 i need to formula to sum week 1-11

that provides me the value of the cell in week 28 (9)

i need it to sum everything up untill that date...

=SUM(C4:INDEX(C4:BB4,MATCH(B1,C3:BB3,0)))
