Trying to count number of rows where criteria are met in columns

i have looked through a few articles and tried some forumlas but everything i can find is slightly different than what i'm looking to do. I have columns set up with Y or N responses for the types of meetings they are(column I is if a meeting # is assigned, J is if the meeting needs registration K if it needs travel)

I want to count the number of rows where certain columns say yes or no to count the number of meetings we have with specific needs, so i want to know in how many rows is column I = y, and j=n, and k=n, and l=n and M=n, and then i a different cell i will want to do the same with a different combinations of yes and no. Thanks in advance for the help!

How to attach a sample Excel workbook:

1. Below the "Quick Reply" thread frame, click the "Go Advanced" button.
2. On the edit toolbar, click the "Attachments" button.
3. In the "File Upload Manager" window, click the "Add Files" button.
4. In the "Upload Files from your Computer" window, click the "Select Files" button.
5. In the Windows Explorer window, locate and select your workbook, then click the "Open" button.
6. In the "Upload Files from your Computer" window, click the "Upload Files" button.
7. In the "File Upload Manager" window, click the "Done" button (lower right of screen).
