detail not count

every month i have report that i need to recapitulate

i create the pivot table to solve it

but pivot table count my data,, not display the detail that i want

i cant explain in word (my english is bad :sorry)

i create the table you can check
i create a sample
and what i want to in that excel file

that is really close to what i want
but i want the details in "one" row..
and then when there is oct, nov, and dec,, it will became oct-dec
oct and dec,, became oct, dec

any other idea
