Spilt of DATA

I have a cell containing both text and numerics i want to spilt it in different cell containing text and numerics.
NIKUNJ12345 spilt it in NIKUNJ and 12345 in different cells.
NIK123 spilt it in NIK and 123 in different cells.
N123456789 spilt it in N and 123456789 in different cells.


The main problem is format is not fix.
I have attached a sheet too.
