Populate one sheet from another based upon list selection and The data is not sequential

I have attached my file and the Instruction sheet goes into more detail as to what i need.

The way you have laid out the data in the Clients sheet makes it very difficult to extract partial data from it. It would be better organised as continuous columns of data in any order.

I agree it would be much easier to do it that way, But this is the format that they are using.
I think i have it figured out by using another sheet to make all the data continuous.
BUT
In order for me to finish it i now need to know how to Change a Defined Name based on a Cell input.
or in other words Automatically name a group of cells by whats in a certain cell.
