Pulling together distinct values from several columns

Hi,

I am new to this forum, would need your advise

I have a large worksheet analysing different data flows loading into a sytem. I have analysed each flow and captured the fields populated in the flow.

A small example is in the attached.

Could someone please advise how can I:
1) have a column containing all the UNIQUE fields imported into the system and
2) a tick (or Yes or Y) adjacent to the flow column indicating the field included...it is hard to explain, in theory I want to go from:

Hi Asif75 and welcome to the forum

according to your picture, you already have what you want? However, if the data was manually entered, that would be impossible to tell from any picture, and so it would also be impossible to tell where you want your answer, or what a formula that meets your needs would look like.

please uploaded a sample workbook, showing what data you are working with, a few examples of what your expected outcome would be, and how you would arrive at that (remove any confidential info if necessary).
To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
