Formula to Populate Dates Based on First Value Greater than 0

Hi All,

I'm looking for a forumla to be able to determine the date from 1st row of the excel (header) based on the data in the rows below.

Have attached the excel data sample along with the required result in Colum Q. Bassically, I need to get the date in every row where the first value greater than 0appears.
