Help with Calculating/Graphing Avg Server Process Cycle Time - Excluding Idle Periods

Hi,

I have time-modified timestamps (in h:mm:ss.000 format) for a list of filenames that were created by server processes. I need to calculate the average amount of time it takes to process each file. However I also need to exclude times-differences that are inflated due to starting the process from an idle period.

I've attached an example of my data.
