Find Value in array, and return what is on the cell.

For example lets say that A1 = 50

I want cell D1 to find value A1 in a table cells C3:C10, and return what is type on cell B3:B10 depending on where it found the Value A1. Let say that the value A1=50 was found in cell C7, then it must return B7 on cell D1.

Is that possible, I can't figure it out.
Need help please...
