LEN formula excludes line feed?

Code(10) gives 49 and it shows occurance of 1s in A2 which is 9.

I think i figured it out. You were probably looking for this =COUNTIF(G3:G1598,10) instead of =COUNTIF(G3:G1598,CODE(10)).
