Find rows where a value occurs only once

I am wondering if anybody here can help me. I don’t know much about Excel, and I am really struggling with this one: I need to pick out some rows in an Excel sheet. The row C to G can contain three different values – A, B or C. I need to find the rows where C occurs only once. Is this possible at all?

Example:

1 14,5 C C B A B
2 16 B A C B B
3 19,5 B B B B B
4 17 C C B C C
5 15 B B C C B

Here I need Excel to find row number 2, which contains only one C.
