Color Coding Cells - Based on Time Since Entered Data

Hi all!

Found this site a little while back and its been a great aid just reading through some of the issues and tips. I'm pretty new to using formulas and functions in excel but I've already learned a lot from here. I have an issue that I cannot seem to figure out by myself though.

If you'll look at the attached, I am trying to change the color of cells in column J based on the time since data was entered into column D using conditional formatting.

If D2 was updated within one hour, J2 would be green.
If D2 was updated between 1 and 2 hours ago, J2 would be yellow.
If D2 was updated between 2 and 3 hours ago, J2 would be orange.
If D2 was updated more than 3 hours ago, J2 would be red.

The spreadsheet will be shared with multiple people entering information at the same time. If you need any additional info let me know!
