Convert Coordinates. Degree Minute.decimal to degree.decimal

I have attached my spreadsheet i am currently working on. I need to convert the Latitude and Longitude in column D and F from Degree minute.decimal into Degree.Decimal in column G and H. Can you guys help me with a formula to convert all these coordinates?

G4: =MID(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(D4,CHAR(176)&" ",":"),"'",),2,99)*1440

Format cell as General
copy across to H4 and down as far as needed
