    sumproduct issue

    Hello

    Having some trouble with sumproduct rule.

    I am trying to obtain YTD figure based on a given date. For example, if given date is 31-Jan-2012, I want to show YTD numbers or everything from 1-Jan-2012 to selected date ie. 31-Jan-12 in this case.

    =SUMPRODUCT(--($D$6:$ND$6<=$D$31),--($C$18:$C$24=$C34),($D$18:$ND$24))

    my other criteria is the code name.

    i keep getting #value error and i think its a simple mistake.

    i have attached my file, if someone can pls help!

    thx u in advance!

    Try this regular formula in your workbook

    Copy that formula down through D40

    Is that something you can work with?
