    Help with offset function

    Hi everyone,

I would love some help figuring out a pretty complicated (I think) Offset formula.

In the attached workbook you'll see two sheets, Calibration and Standards. The Calibration sheet is the data source for the table in Standards sheet. I essentially need to "map" the cells in the Calibration sheet to the Standards sheet, but I don't want to do it manually. I know the Offset function would be perfect for this operation but I can't get the formula right.

    In the Standards sheet:

    C7 maps to Calibration!E2
    C8 maps to Calibration!E3
    D7 maps to Calibration!E4
    D8 maps to Calibration!E5

and so on. Then it gets more complicated. In the Standards sheet,

    C9 maps to Calibration!E16
    C10 maps to Calibration!E17
    D9 maps to Calibration!E18

    and so on.

    Can anyone help me out?

    Thanks in advance.

Thank you, benishiryo, both for the answer and for the VERY quick response (especially on NYE). These are truly excellent.
