Combining multiple rows for multiple client entries

    example.xlsx
    Hello

I have looked through the site and found examples of extracting rows of data but can't get it to work.
What I have is different sheets containing information relating to customers, I have shown just two pages on the example file, that I need to put on one sheet, each has a unique ID number however, it sometimes appears more than once in the columns, that's the bit that I can't work out what to get around.

What function will pull the information together keeping it in date order of when they were last seen and started?
I know a database would be much more useful but I don't have that option at work :-( and it has to be organised according to the last seen column not the other way around, which would also also be easier!

The example sheet is on mac excel 2011 but I use regular excel 2010 at work.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you're up to, so I try it with an pivot table.

I don't think I can make this for you.

But would you explain (for my info) what you want to do with the data on sheet last sheen.

You have no ID no in A3 (and no info in b3).

I think (expect) you gonna need those info, for further use.

    Hallo

What I need to do is for each instance of the ID on last seen pull over the rows from the check sheet and if there are more than one row copy them over as well.

Thanks for looking at my problem anyway.
