Extracting data from multiple columns with multi value matching

Not sure if what i'm looking for is right, but basically i have a data sheet at work that is locked and used across multiple servers, so i can't add formulas to that sheet, but i want to be able to pull some of that data from it and put into another sheet.

I want to Match the date and line # from my data with the company data and retrieve r1-r3 data from those lines.
    Any ideas?

Have you look into Pivot table?

No i haven't but that is PERFECT. I will look into it. Thank you very much!
About the pivot table, When new data is inserted from "Company data", (Date, Line, R1,R2, etc...) will the pivot table reflect the new data when i search for a date?

You can probably use dynamic range to auto-resize your data range

You just need to refresh the pivot table after you update your data source to reflect the change with new data
