If Duplicates select next value

Hi All

Can anyone help with this what i need is some kind of lookup in column D1 to find the next value down in column c if c1 or c2 are duplicates of a1 or b1, so in this example i would like to return c3 'Darren Carter' but if c1 was not a duplicate of a1 or b1 i would want to return c1
